Current sub-processors
OpenAI
Provides the language model capability that powers our agent's conversational ability.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Provides cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure. Our data is hosted in the AWS US West (Oregon) region.
Retell
Provides voice infrastructure for our voice calls.
FishAudio
Provides voice synthesis and voice cloning capability.
Omi
Provides the wearable hardware, mobile app, and conversation-capture pipeline (live audio capture, transcription, and memory storage) used by customers who pair an Omi device with Before Noon. Audio, transcripts, and related metadata captured through an Omi device may be processed and stored by Omi in connection with delivering that capability, in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
How we evaluate and add sub-processors
We evaluate sub-processors based on their privacy practices, security posture, and the contractual protections they offer. As Before Noon grows, we will continue to refine these relationships and pursue additional protections. When we add or change a sub-processor, we will update this list.
