Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: May 8, 2026
Before Noon AI, LLC ("Before Noon," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making our website and services accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We design, build, and maintain beforenoon.ai with accessibility in mind, and we continue to improve the experience for everyone.
1. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
beforenoon.ai aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Aims to conform" means the site largely meets the standard, with the limitations described below.
2. Measures We Take
To support accessibility, Before Noon:
- Includes accessibility considerations in our design and development process
- Uses semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and keyboard-accessible patterns
- Provides text alternatives for non-text content and visible focus styles for keyboard users
- Tests pages with automated tools and with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation
- Respects user preferences such as reduced motion and increased contrast
- Reviews this statement and the underlying site at least annually, and after significant changes
3. Compatibility
beforenoon.ai is designed to work with current versions of the following:
- Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile
- Screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA, and JAWS (Windows)
- Operating-system zoom and text resizing up to 200%
The site may not be fully compatible with browsers more than two major versions old, or with assistive technologies that do not support modern web standards.
4. Technical Specifications
Accessibility of beforenoon.ai relies on the following technologies:
- HTML
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript
These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Known limitations include:
- Embedded third-party widgets. Some pages embed third-party tools such as Typeform forms and our prospect onboarding widget. These embeds are governed by the accessibility of the third-party provider and may not match the rest of the site. Where possible, we offer alternative ways to reach us (see Feedback below).
- Animated visualizations. The animated diagrams on our home and theory pages are presented as a single image with a text alternative. Users who prefer reduced motion will see a static state automatically.
- User-generated content. Content delivered or generated through our voice service is produced dynamically and may not always meet the same standards as our authored content.
If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us using the contact information below so we can address it.
6. Assessment Approach
Before Noon assessed the accessibility of beforenoon.ai through a combination of:
- Self-evaluation against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria
- Automated testing using browser developer tools and accessibility scanners
- Manual testing with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers
