Coaching, with the context of your real life

An AI partner that knows what is happening in your life.

Before Noon learns from your conversations, what you commit to, and optional Omi ambient context — then coaches you through the decisions, conversations, and patterns that actually shape your life.

Private by design. You control what is captured, connected, remembered, and acted on.

From your week Thursday, 7:42 AM

Something I noticed

Quinn · your Before Noon agent

“You’ve described work as fine three times this week. The last stretch you used that word that often, you weren’t.

Want to look at what’s actually going on, or hold it for later?”

THE PROBLEM

Most AI can’t actually coach you. It doesn’t know your life.

Real coaching depends on context. Without it, you spend the whole conversation getting an assistant up to speed, then settle for advice anyone could have given.

The things you most need help with rarely fit on a task list at all — the same hard conversation that keeps coming back, the decision you keep almost making, the pattern only you can see. Before Noon is built for that part of your life.

  • "I keep thinking about this"
  • "Something feels off"
  • "We had that conversation again"
  • "I almost made a decision"
  • "I’m not sure why this is bothering me"
HOW IT WORKS

Before Noon builds the context coaching actually needs.

Talk to your assistant directly, share what is on your mind, and optionally pair Omi to capture ambient context from your real conversations. Before Noon turns that stream into a private model of you — so when something matters, it can coach you on it with the full picture.

  1. Capture

Conversations with your assistant, what you choose to share, and optional Omi ambient context from your real life.

  2. Understand

Before Noon notices commitments, friction, recurring patterns, people who matter, decisions you keep circling, and the small shifts you might miss.

  3. Coach

It reflects back what you can’t see, asks the question that cuts through, and stays with the hard thing across as many conversations as it takes.

Life happens Context is captured Before Noon coaches you through it

A woman in an oatmeal sweater laughs over a morning cup of coffee at a sunlit kitchen counter, wearing a small black Omi pendant on a thin cord around her neck.
The Omi pendant in everyday life. Worn around the neck on a thin cord, it captures the conversations and moments that would otherwise disappear — so Before Noon can coach you on what they actually meant.
THE OMI LAYER

Ambient context, so it can actually coach you.

Omi gives Before Noon an easier way to understand the texture of your real life — the conversations you have, the things you say in passing, the words you keep using. That texture is what makes coaching possible. Without it, an AI can only respond to what you remember to type.

The point is not to record more of your life. The point is to make the parts that matter usable, so when you bring something hard, the agent already knows the context.

  • Surface the patterns you can’t see from inside your week.
  • Notice when something keeps coming up — and ask about it.
  • Hold the long arc of your story, not just this morning.
  • Coach you with what is actually happening, not a stripped-down summary.
  • Stop you from having to re-explain your life every time.

You decide whether to use Omi. You decide when it is on. You decide what Before Noon may do with what it hears. Read our trust principles →

WHAT IT BECOMES

What coaching with real context looks like.

Most assistants can answer a question. Very few can actually coach you on the things that move your life. Context is what closes that gap.

  • Real coaching, with real context.

Not generic advice. Coaching grounded in what is actually happening in your life this week, this month, this year.

  • Patterns you can’t see from inside.

What keeps coming up, what you keep avoiding, what is shifting. The picture you cannot see because you are inside it.

  • Says the hard thing.

Honest the way the right friend is honest. The thing nobody else will say, when it is actually true.

  • Holds the long arc of you.

Remembers what you wanted in March, what you were stuck on in June, what you have quietly outgrown. The version of your story you cannot tell yourself.

  • A thinking partner for the things without a deadline.

The decision you keep circling. The conversation you keep almost having. The doubt you do not want to bring to anyone else yet. A place that thinking finally has somewhere to go.

IN REAL LIFE

What this sounds like in real life.

Concrete moments, not abstract claims. Each one starts as something Before Noon noticed in your context, and turns into a coaching question only somebody who knows you could ask.

  • What it noticed

You’ve described work as "fine" three times this week. The last week you said "fine" that often, you weren’t.

    What it asked

“Last time "fine" came up this much, it meant something else. Want to look at what is actually going on, or keep it for later?”

  • What it noticed

The same disagreement with your partner has surfaced three times this month.

    What it asked

“This one keeps coming back. Want to figure out what you are actually wanting from this conversation before you have it again?”

  • What it noticed

You said you wanted to leave the job in March. You haven’t brought it up since.

    What it asked

“It has been three months. Did something shift, or are you avoiding deciding?”

  • What it noticed

Your week is full of finished tasks. The decision that actually matters has not moved.

    What it asked

“You are getting a lot done. The launch call is still sitting there. Want to look at what is making it hard to decide?”

TRUST & CONTROL

Coaching is only useful if you trust where your context goes.

Before Noon is explicit about what gets connected, captured, stored, reviewed, deleted, and acted on. The defaults are conservative. You decide where to open them.

  • You choose whether to use Omi.
  • You choose what integrations to connect.
  • You define what the assistant may handle on its own.
  • You can disconnect or pause Omi at any time.
  • You can request deletion.
  • Recording consent is your responsibility.
  • Private conversations are not used to train base models.
  • No advertising model. No selling user data.
GETTING STARTED

Simple to start. More useful every week.

  1. Talk to Quinn

Get onboarded by phone. Share what matters, what you want help with, and where you want the agent to push.

  2. Connect context

Use Before Noon directly and optionally pair Omi so the agent can pick up the texture of your real life.

  3. Bring the real things

The decision you keep circling. The conversation you keep almost having. The pattern only you can see. The thing you would not say to anyone else yet.

  4. Let it stay with you

Over time, the agent notices what is shifting, what keeps coming up, and what you have quietly outgrown — and brings it back when it matters.

Stop talking to AI that doesn’t know you.

Before Noon holds the context of your real life and coaches you through the things that actually matter — the decisions, the patterns, the conversations you keep almost having.
