How to Forward Emails to Your Agent
Set up email forwarding so your agent can read and act on incoming messages. Follow the steps below for your email provider.
Gmail
Set up forwarding
- Open Gmail
- Click Settings (gear icon) then See all settings
- Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab
- Click Add a forwarding address
- Enter: agent@tx.beforenoon.ai
- Click Next, then Proceed, then OK
Verify & enable
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Gmail
- Open it and click the confirmation link (or copy the code)
- Go back to Settings then Forwarding and POP/IMAP
- Select Forward a copy of incoming mail to agent@tx.beforenoon.ai
- Choose what happens to the original email (recommended: keep in inbox)
- Click Save Changes
Microsoft Outlook
Set up forwarding
- Open Outlook on the web
- Click Settings (gear icon)
- Go to Mail then Forwarding
- Toggle Enable forwarding
- Enter: agent@tx.beforenoon.ai
- (Optional) Check Keep a copy of forwarded messages
- Click Save
Verify forwarding
- If prompted, check your inbox for a verification email
- Open it and follow the confirmation steps
Apple Mail (iCloud Mail)
Set up a forwarding rule
- Go to iCloud.com and open Mail
- Click Settings (gear icon)
- Go to Rules
- Click Add a Rule
- Set "If a message" to "is addressed to" (or "all messages")
- Set "Then" to Forward to and enter: agent@tx.beforenoon.ai
- Click Done
Having trouble?
Make sure to complete the verification step if your email provider requires it. If forwarding isn't working, double-check that you entered agent@tx.beforenoon.ai correctly and that forwarding is toggled on in your settings.
