How to Export & Upload Your Contacts

Your agent works better when it knows your preferred contacts. Here's how to export your contact list and share it.

Desktop Computer

Mac

  1. Open the Contacts app on your Mac
  2. Click "All Contacts" in the sidebar
  3. Go to File → Export → Export vCard…
  4. Save the file to your Downloads folder or Desktop

Windows PC

  1. Open Outlook (desktop app or outlook.com)
  2. Click the People icon in the bottom-left corner
  3. Select all the contacts you want to export (or click "All contacts")
  4. Click Manage contacts → Export contacts
  5. Choose the contacts folder and click Export
  6. Save the .csv file, then use a free online tool to convert it to .vcf (vCard) format
Tip: If you use iCloud for Windows, you can export contacts as vCard directly from icloud.com/contacts — select all, then click the gear icon → Export vCard.

Mobile / Tablet

iPad

  1. Open Settings on your iPad
  2. Tap [your name] at the top, then select iCloud
  3. Make sure Contacts is turned On so your contacts sync to iCloud
  4. Open Safari and go to icloud.com
  5. Sign in with your Apple ID and tap Contacts
  6. Tap and hold a contact, then tap Select All (or manually select the contacts you want)
  7. Tap the Share / Settings icon and choose Export vCard
  8. The .vcf file will download to your iPad and you can save or share it

iPhone

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap [your name] at the top, then select iCloud
  3. Make sure Contacts is turned On
  4. Open Safari and go to icloud.com
  5. Sign in with your Apple ID and tap Contacts
  6. Tap and hold a contact, then tap Select All
  7. Tap the Share / Settings icon and choose Export vCard
  8. The .vcf file will download and you can save or share it

Once you have your .vcf file

Go back to the upload page from the link in your email, tap Choose File, select the .vcf file you exported, and tap Upload Contacts. Once submitted, your agent will know more details about your preferred contacts and make it easier to reach and screen them.
